Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from Edu Fun Pty Ltd (ABN 88 167 841 956), trading as Edu Fun Australia, through edu-fun.com.au, by phone, by email or by quote.
1. Prices and GST
Prices are in Australian dollars and shown excluding GST, with the GST-inclusive price shown beside them. GST and delivery are added at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.
2. Quotes
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless they say otherwise, and are subject to stock availability when you accept them.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if we do, we'll refund anything you've paid.
4. Payment
Online orders are paid at checkout using the payment methods shown. Schools, early learning centres and businesses can also order with a purchase order, with payment due on delivery. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.
5. Delivery and risk
Delivery is covered by our shipping and delivery policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
6. Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Timber varies naturally in grain and colour, screen colours differ between devices, and dimensions may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. We may improve designs or materials without notice, as long as the product remains fit for purpose.
7. Safe use
Our furniture and resources are designed for children under adult supervision. Please choose the right size for each child using our size guide, assemble items as instructed, and use them for their intended purpose only.
8. Returns and warranty
Returns are covered by our returns and refunds policy and faults by our warranty. Both sit alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows, our liability for goods that aren't of a kind ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or paying the cost of doing so.
10. Website use and intellectual property
The content on this website, including photos, designs and text, belongs to Edu Fun. Please don't copy it without our written permission. Don't misuse the website, for example by uploading harmful code.
11. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
