Your account goes by your centre's email address. Open it once, and every educator, cook and director who signs in with the same address joins by themselves, with your centre's orders, prices and Buy again in one place.
- Sign in with your centre email. We will email you a 6-digit code, so you do not need a password.
- Add your centre. Enter your centre's name and address once. It takes about a minute.
- Your team joins automatically. Anyone who signs in with the same email domain joins the account, so there are no invitations to send.

Orders from everyone at your centre count towards the total. Once they pass $1,000, every price on the site shows 15% off when you are signed in.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do we open an account?
Sign in at the top of this page with your centre email. We email you a 6-digit code, so there's no password. Then add your centre's name and address. If someone from your centre has already opened one, you're added to it as soon as you sign in.
Do I need to invite my team?
No. Anyone who signs in with your centre's email domain, like @yourcentre.com.au, joins your account by themselves. Only people who can read email at that address can sign in, because we send the code there.
We use Gmail or Outlook at work. Can we still have an account?
Yes. Personal addresses can't open an account by themselves, because anyone can have one, so call or email us and we'll set yours up by hand. The same goes for shared department addresses, like education.vic.gov.au.
How do we reach $1,000?
Every order from your team counts, added together, including orders placed before you opened the account with the same email. Once you pass $1,000, the 15% switches on by itself: you'll see it on every price next time you sign in.
What counts as a fit-out?
A new centre, or a refurbishment of a whole centre, that we designed and delivered. If we fitted out your centre before, you're a fit-out partner already: email us and we'll switch you to 25%.
We run several centres. How does that work?
Fill in your group's name when you open the account. When someone from another of your centres signs in with the same email domain, they pick their centre from your list, or add it. Every centre shares the account and the discount.
How do we use it?
Sign in with your centre email. Every price on the site shows your account price, and that's what you pay at checkout. On quotes, we price at your account rate.
Can we pay on invoice?
For large fit-outs, we can invoice on 30-day terms. Everything else is paid at checkout.
Does it combine with other offers?
No. Your account price is our best price, so it doesn't combine with other codes or sales. If a like-for-like quote beats it, our price promise applies instead.
Does it expire?
No. It applies to every order, for as long as you buy from us.
