Chairs

Ergonomic classroom chairs in sizes for toddlers, preschool children, primary students and educators. Choose stackable beechwood and metal-frame designs made for years of daily use in childcare centres, kindergartens and schools.

What chair height does a child need?

Children should sit with their feet flat on the floor and knees at roughly 90 degrees. Edu Fun chairs are available in standard classroom sizes, including approximately 21 cm, 26 cm, 31 cm, 35 cm and 38 cm seat heights. Pair each chair with the recommended table height for comfortable posture and independent movement. See the chair and table size guide for age-based guidance.

Choosing chairs for an early learning centre

For flexible rooms, prioritise stackable designs that are easy to move and store. Solid beechwood offers a warm, durable finish, while metal-frame chairs provide lightweight strength for busy classrooms. Rounded edges, stable glides and easy-clean surfaces help reduce maintenance and support safer everyday use. Pair your chairs with our classroom tables, or contact us for help selecting sizes for a new centre or room upgrade.
