At Edu Fun Australia, we are committed to providing a seamless delivery experience. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods, processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
Dispatch Days: Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays.

Standard Shipping:
- Orders Over $200: Free standard shipping Australia-wide.
- Orders Under $200: Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate based on the delivery state or territory, as outlined below:
  - VIC: $10
  - NSW: $15
  - ACT: $15
  - SA: $15
  - QLD: $25
  - NT: $30
  - WA: $30
  - TAS: $40

Shipping rates apply to standard delivery services and may vary for regional or remote locations.

Express Shipping: Available upon request. Please contact us for a quote based on your location and order size.

Standard Delivery:
- Metropolitan Areas: 2–8 business days from dispatch.
- Regional Areas: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
- Remote Areas: 7–15 business days from dispatch.
Express Delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch, depending on location.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be emailed to you, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

We currently ship within Australia only.

If an item is out of stock, it will be placed on backorder and shipped separately once available, at no additional cost.
