Where we deliver
We deliver Australia-wide from our warehouse in Pakenham, Victoria. We also deliver to New Zealand and other countries in Oceania; these orders are quoted individually, and the rates and times below apply to Australian addresses only.
When your order ships
- We process orders within 1–2 business days (3–5 in busy periods) and dispatch on Mondays and Thursdays.
- You'll get an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves us.
- If something is out of stock, we'll let you know and send it separately when it arrives, at no extra cost.
Delivery costs
Standard delivery is free on orders over $200. Below $200, a flat rate applies by state or territory:

Regional and remote addresses may cost more; we'll contact you before dispatch if so. Express delivery and large fit-out orders are quoted on request.
How long delivery takes
- Metropolitan areas: 2–8 business days from dispatch.
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days.
- Remote areas: 7–15 business days.
- Express: 1–2 business days, depending on location.
Delivering to schools and centres
- Please give us your receiving hours, any loading-dock or access limits, and a contact name on site. Couriers deliver to the ground floor at the front door or dock unless we've agreed otherwise.
- You choose how your furniture arrives: flat-packed for you to assemble, with instructions included, or assembled. Tell us your preference when you order and we'll confirm any change to delivery cost or timing before dispatch.
Check your delivery
Please count your cartons and check for damage when your order arrives, and note any damage on the courier's paperwork. Tell us within 7 days of delivery about anything damaged, missing or incorrect, with photos, and we'll fix it quickly. You can still claim for faults you find later under our warranty and the Australian Consumer Law.
Collect from our showroom
You can collect from 11A Corporate Terrace, Pakenham VIC 3810 during our hours, Monday to Thursday, 9am–1pm. Please book a time so your order is ready when you arrive.
