Frequently Asked Questions
What files can I send?
AutoCAD DWG or DXF files are best. PDFs, images, ZIP files and SketchUp or Revit files also work. Send up to 8 files, 50 MB each.
I don't have an AutoCAD file. Can I still get a quote?
Yes. A PDF from your architect or builder, a photo of a printed plan, or a sketch with measurements is enough to start.
Is it really 24 hours?
Yes. Your quote, 2D plans, 3D renders and walkthrough arrive within 24 hours of your upload. If we need something from you to finish, we will call you first.
I already have a quote from another supplier. Can you beat it?
Yes. Upload it with your plan. If it is for the same chairs and tables in a similar material, we will beat it by 10%. See our price promise.
Is there a cost, and do I have to buy?
No. There is no cost for your quote and design proposal, and no obligation to order.
Who sees my plans?
Only our design team. Your files are stored privately and used only to prepare your quote. See our privacy policy.
Can you design refurbishments or single rooms?
