At Edu Fun Australia, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the following return and refund policy for guidance.
Goods Return
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to returns for change of mind or incorrect orders.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our warehouse.
- All items must be returned in a new and resealable condition with original packaging to be eligible for a refund or credit. Final acceptance of returns is at Edu Fun Australia’s discretion.
Please ensure that any outstanding payments for other items on the same invoice are settled within the agreed payment terms.
Return Timeline
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@edu-fun.com.au. You will need to provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and ensure that items are in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Damages and Issues
We take great care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately upon receipt. Our team will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalised items)
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest processing time for your request.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
