Warranty

We design and manufacture our furniture and learning resources to be used every day in busy early learning centres. Both are covered against manufacturing faults for 5 years from the date of delivery.
What's covered
- Faults in materials or workmanship, such as joints that fail, frames that bend or break, or finishes that lift, under normal use in a home, school or early learning centre.
- Wooden educational resources and toys, for the same 5 years.
What isn't covered
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents and fading from sunlight.
- Damage from misuse, accidents, overloading or standing on furniture not designed for it.
- Indoor furniture used or stored outdoors, or exposed to standing water.
- Damage from incorrect assembly, modification, or harsh cleaning products (see care and cleaning).
- Natural variation in timber colour and grain, which is a feature of solid wood.
How to make a claim
- Email sales@edu-fun.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and photos.
- We'll assess it, usually within 5 business days, and may ask for more photos or to inspect the item.
- If the claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the item or part, or refund you, and cover the delivery costs of doing so.
This warranty is given by Edu Fun Pty Ltd (ABN 88 167 841 956), 11A Corporate Terrace, Pakenham VIC 3810, (03) 5918 2576, sales@edu-fun.com.au. You pay your own costs of making a claim, such as photos and phone calls.
The benefits of this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under the law in relation to the goods. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
