Chapters membership and subscriptions
What you're signing up for. A Chapters membership costs $149 every 3 months, including GST and delivery in Australia. Each payment covers one chapter of toys for your child's year. Your first delivery also includes a solid-wood table and chair at your child's height, and while you're a member we send the next chair and set of table legs as they grow. The toys, table and chair are all yours to keep. The Arabic line, if you add it, is a separate subscription at the price shown when you join.
When you're charged. We charge you when you join, then every 3 months on the same date until you cancel.
Cancelling. There's no minimum term. You can cancel at any time from your account (Subscriptions) or by emailing sales@edu-fun.com.au. If you cancel before your next renewal date, you won't be charged again. The toys, table and chair you've received are yours to keep.
The table and chair. They're yours from the day they arrive. When your child outgrows them, tell us and we send the next chair and table legs at no extra cost while you're a member; you keep the old ones. We never collect furniture, including if you cancel.
Pausing and skipping. Email us before your next chapter is sent and we'll hold it. You won't be charged for a chapter we've held.
If a chapter isn't ready. We make our toys in batches. If your next chapter isn't ready on your renewal date, we tell you first, and you can pause until it's ready or ask for a refund of that payment.
A year upfront. You can pay $499 for four chapters, one every 3 months, instead of paying quarterly. It's the same membership paid in advance. At the end of the year you can carry on with a quarterly membership or stop; either way, everything you've received is yours to keep. You can ask for a refund of any prepaid chapter we haven't sent yet.
Gift subscriptions. A gift "box every 3 months" is toys only, with no table and chair. It's charged every 3 months, and you can stop it at any time from your account.
Member discount. While your membership is active you get 15% off everything else in our shop (one-time purchases). It applies automatically when you're signed in and ends when your membership ends.
Price changes. If the membership price changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before your next renewal at the new price, so you can cancel first if you want to.
Your rights. This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded.
